The District is recommending that bond funds be used for safety upgrades, maintenance, transportation, replacements, and refurbishing of schools and District facilities.

The proposed bond will continue to increase district-wide student achievement using enhanced computer technology.

About Pendergast
In 1885, the Pendergast School District was established in a farming community serving 100 students in one school.
Today, the Pendergast School District covers 20 square miles the communities of Phoenix, Glendale, and Avondale. The District serves approximately 8,500 students in 12 schools.
